Spray paint equipment
The anti-corrosion paint is applied to the outer surface ofthe pressure vessel shell by high-pressureairless spraying method. Spraying is performed after shot blasting, which can greatly improve theadhesion of the paint to the shell and improve the anti-corrosion effect. The paint film thickness isuniform,the surface is plump and bright, and the color is uniform. The paint film thickness can beadjusted according to customer needs and working conditions to achieve customer satisfaction.
Shot blasting equipment
Shot blasting equipment is mainly used for shot blasting cleaning of castings, structural parts, and theouter surface of pressure vessel shells. it can completely remove rust, scale, molding sand and otherdebris on the outer surface of parts, components, and containers. The steel surface after rust removalcan at least meet the GB/T8923 Sa2 level requirements.
